First, a comment. When the author of Pondus describes Pondus as being “simple to use, lightweight and fast,” in my mind he’s got two out of three, depending on how you definite “lightweight.” While the download was only about 40 KB (not large AT ALL), in order to fully install Pondus on my Ubuntu system, I needed to install another 28 packages, weighing in at over 113 MB, just to get Pondus fast cars. Lightweight indeed!
The keyboard comes in a fancy box that looks great! It looks like a standard keyboard at first, but in actuality all of the keys are replaceable and configuarble. It has two USB ports on it and has about 108 keys. It comes with extra keys that you could configure to set to your gaming preference. To be able to do this you must download the software that has an interface where you set each key to your liking. There are lots of good and bad things to these types of keyboards that have people complaining.
Schedule a power nap during the day. Lie down for ten minutes in which you clear your mind and catch a couple of winks. Don’t sleep longer than this or it might interfere with your night sleep.
When cycling in cold weather you want to make sure you keep your body warm and reduce the amount of wind which penetrates your clothing. A long sleeved Cannondale jersey will help reduce wind chill and wind burn on your arms. Proper gloves are necessity to keep you up on the saddle a little longer.
This will keep your metabolism burning and sustain your energy for longer periods of time. Choose foods that are as near to their natural state as practicable: raw fruits and vegetables, complex carbohydrates (such as brown rice and whole grains), nuts, legumes, lean beef, fish and chickens. Duck foods that are fattening or have other sugars in them.
