Writing a blog for a website is much easier than making it noticed and making it a hit. Until and unless your posting is not ranked, your worth of writing is not prized. Your blog is your trump card to win you business and much much more. For your blogs to be successful make sure that you set your area of interest and then start focusing on it.

BLOGS LOVE TO LINK TO EACH OTHER: Yes, Blogs love to stick together, creating networking ‘heaven’. Just one link on your Blog could see visitors drop in from all over the place. Wow – visitors queueing to click your links; how powerful is that for an advertising and traffic generating system. Awesome.

It does take time to set up a blog and it takes effort. It takes time to list the blog in the blog directories. The trick is, as with any WebSite to see if you can get some important “niche” and “original” information into your blog. That will let it stand out to the search engines. Search engines today are putting a great deal of emphasis on “original content”, as can be seen just from the many article submission sites that have become much more stringent in their article acceptance process. Non-original content does no one any good. So put “original” content into your web Blog.

In a quick peek at those statistics I realized that the visitors from all over the globe. And so I went to MSN search which is much friendlier to blog searches than Google or Yahoo. Google maintains its own blog search online blogs facility separate from its normal search. Yes your blog can end up in Google Main Search as well, but that would take an incredible amount of great back-links to it and really high popularity. MSN was still showing my blog in search requests.

Web 2.0 websites are also toting a new sense of web design style! Those hues of blues and oranges, shiny reflective, yet simple buttons, and CSS driven templates, give the web new standards. Your website should definitely implement these new trends, and if they don’t OUTSOURCE a project to a programmer. Ask him to style your website with CSS 2.0! It shouldn’t be very expensive at all.

But there are a great many Track my training and scraper sites out there that steal content and don’t give proper attribution. They either republish a summary of articles (sometimes linking to the source, sometimes not) or publish the full article but remove the author and bio info. Still others run the article through a rewrite software program so they can publish “unique” content on their site, even though it’s still stolen content.

The quickest and easiest way to set up a blog (and it is free!), is to go to http://www.blogger.com and follow the directions. They say it takes five minutes. I admit that it took me a bit longer and I am still playing with it, but it is easy! Be sure to check out the many templates and also have an idea (or several) for the name of your new blog. Most of the common ones are already taken.
