Rosemary and Clary Sage Oils: You can safely use rosemary and clary sage oils to encourage hair growth with the best essential oils. Both, when used together, stimulate hair growth. To use them, boil an ounce each of both in their dried forms in a cup of water and strain them so that they mix in the water. Once it cools, wash your hair with them. As a variation, you can also boil clary sage and jojoba together to encourage hair growth.
Even a simple daily event, such as cooking is follow me al. Do you really think that we would enjoy the boxed goodness that is Kraft Mac and Cheese? Not to mention desert. There would be no creativity, no inspiration, to come up with new and improved ideas on what dish to design to delight a guest, or to simply delight yourself.
Inspiration often comes from newness and freshness. A change of scenery or location allows the senses to discover things for the first time and this goes a long way for inspiration and creativity. Repetition and staleness forms patterns in the brain as it reflects the same old same old and we stop noticing the small changes. By changing the location we allow the brain to see again.
The growth that most people think about is physical, or bodily growth. We have nutrition classes to make sure we eat healthy foods for our body. We have hospitals and clinics to take care of our bodies when they are sick. We have gyms to keep the shape of our bodies in beautiful form. We have gerontology to study the aging of our bodies and how to take care of their growth in old age. We have geriatrics which take care of the diseases associated with aging, of the growth factors of our bodies as they age. But we do not have spiritualogy to take care of our spiritual growth. If you search there is a term “spiritualogy” but it is connected with astrology or with spirituality as a topic, not as a practical science of spiritual growth. Only a few people know about this.
Negative Logical Reasons: I wanted to start with this one because it is the most useless (not a typo). Yes, I said useless. Of the 4 types of motivation this one is the weakest. In fact in my coaching sessions I don’t even bother trying to use this one. This is telling a smoker they will die from cancer, or an overweight person they will die from a heart attack. These things almost never work and here is the reason why. Logic is conscious driven and the conscious mind’s objective is to achieve pleasure and discover new things. These types of things just are ignored by the conscious mind. The only way they ever work is if they generate the second type of motivation.
In the times of our ancestors, before the common matchstick was invented and developed, preserving fire was of utmost importance. What good would it do to have a fireplace full of wood all neatly stacked, and have not so much as a spark of fire to get it going?
Don’t give up. That’s when the game is really lost. Your mission matters, even if it’s just to make a buck. America was founded not by Congressmen who declared independence from Britain, but really, by pilgrims who came here for religious and economic freedom. America is based on faith in God, hard work, personal responsibility, and the freedom to dream it and do it. And that’s why your mission matters. That’s why it’s worth getting up every morning and working late every day. Tough times come and go; but inspiration is always there, if you open yourself to it and expect it to grow within you.
