No matter how good your tires are, there’s going to be time when you get one that goes flat. It can happen for any number of reasons and at any time, so it’s always wise to be prepared and ensure you car’s trunk has a spare tire, and importantly, the correct tools to change over the tires.
These are not super high quality bits, but should be sufficient for most light/medium work. They sell for the right price and come in a sturdy plastic case.
Also, make friends with your computer. The Internet is an invaluable resource for information about fixing cars. You can find detailed instructions, with videos or step-by-step images, to help you with your engine repair. Often, seeing how it is done is the first step in doing it yourself. These guides will also help you decide if this is truly something you can do on your own, or if you need professional help.
The new Smith & Wesson M&P15 rifles looked great. I especially like the M&P15T. It has an A3 flat top upper with a collapsible stock, a very clean quad rail forearm and folding sights. Top this Bad Boy with your favorite optic sight and you are good to go.
Remove the mounting bolts for the valve cover with a socket or Best Torque Wrench Under 100 then remove the top valve cover. Peel out the gasket from the valve cover with your hands or use a flat head screwdriver. Use a shop rag, a plastic brush and degreaser to clean the inside of the gasket cover housing.
However, if you don’t have breakdown cover and you get a flat tire, you either have to pay out to get someone to come and change the tire for you, or you do it yourself. It can seem a bit daunting, but all cars come with a spare tire and the equipment needed to change the tire, so it can be done. Only problem is how do you do it?
Congratulations you have performed your own oil change! After reading all of this you are probably thinking it will take a long time to do this, in reality it is all quick and easy work. You may want to purchase an auto repair manual to help you with some pictures or to learn what type of fluids you need. If you have all of the above at the correct levels and conditions you would be surprised on how well your fuel economy will be increased.
